| Brief Description | Aiming to provide a broader introduction to Web Content Accessibility Development, especially on web accessibility guideline, code scanning tools and related applications, HKIRC will be hosting a technical workshop. Speakers from the Equal Opportunities Commission and Hong Kong Blind Union will be invited to share the importance of web accessibility and the practicalities of using the Internet in the daily life of people with disabilities. The workshop raised participants' awareness on promoting accessible web pages and enhance their ability to design and apply appropriate technology to develop web content. In addition, participants learnt about the award criteria of the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2022-2023. |
