I am committed to driving HKIRC and the .hk domain to new heights through innovative thinking. I will actively promote the value and strengths of Hong Kong domain names to both local and international audiences, enabling more businesses, organisations and individuals to recognise .hk as a trusted and valuable digital identity. I will also work to strengthen public awareness of domain name usage and cybersecurity, with the aim of making .hk one of the safest and most trusted country code top-level domains in the world.
In addition, I will support more effective public education by investing appropriate resources to enhance understanding of domain names, internet applications and information security. I also advocate streamlining procedures, improving efficiency and controlling costs, so as to strengthen the price competitiveness of .hk domain services and deliver greater value to users and the community.
