Eugene Ha is Advisory Partner at Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited. With over 30 years of professional experience, he specialises in corporate advisory services including pre-IPO advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, internal control review, due diligence, and equity & debt financing across the Greater China region. Eugene brings extensive expertise in IT advisory services, encompassing cybersecurity, IT audit, evaluation, assessment, implementation, and strategic planning. His dual proficiency in corporate advisory and information technology positions him uniquely to address the complex challenges facing organisations in today’s digital landscape. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong, and President of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) China Hong Kong Chapter and holds a Master of Business Administration degree.
