HKIRC and AALCO HKRAC MOU Signing Ceremony
HKIRC has signed a MOU with the Asian-Asian Legal Consultative Organization Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre (AALCO HKRAC), under which the latter will serve as the designated dispute resolution service provider for disputes related to .hk domain names, specializing in handling disputes related to .hk domain names and strengthening its work in digital asset intellectual property and brand protection.

The HKIRC 2025 Annual General Meeting was successfully held on May 30. After the members voted, the audited financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ reports were approved, and the election of new directors was completed at the meeting.

Cybersec One
HKIRC has launched a new free service “Cybersec One”, which provides integrated cyber security services to help enterprises find website vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and then provide targeted solutions to individual users to effectively enhance and improve defense capabilities. At the same time, through this service, a series of free resources are recommended to users, such as online self-learning platforms for employee training, arranging phishing drills, testing employee reactions and raising awareness.

HKIRC x BFAHK Digital Accessibility Workshop
HKIRC will work with BFAHK to hold a digital accessibility workshop to promote inclusive design to the public. Through assistive technology, standard introduction, user sharing and experience activities, participants will understand how accessible websites and applications can protect the privacy and digital rights of the elderly and people with disabilities.
