2025 Annual General Meeting of
Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited

Hong Kong, 30 May 2025 – 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) was successfully held on 30 May.

At the Annual General Meeting, HKIRC members exercised their right to vote on resolutions. All resolutions submitted to the members for approval were adopted, including the adoption of the audited financial statements and the directors’ and auditors’ reports and appointment of Deloitte.

Regarding the appointment of Director for the Supply Class, Mr Lee Chung Tak has completed his first term of office as a director and is standing for re-election at this annual general meeting. As Mr Lee Chung Tak was the sole candidate, he was deemed to be automatically elected in accordance with Article 40 of the Articles of Association of HKIRC.

The Board of HKIRC currently consists of ten independent non-executive directors, with six appointed by the HKSAR Government, two elected by members of the Demand Class, and two elected by members of the Supply Class respectively.
