The Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited
Hong Kong, 16 May 2019 – The Seventeenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) was held successfully today. One Director of the Supply Class was newly elected by Supply Class members at the AGM.
The Board of Directors of HKIRC consists of eight independent non-executive directors, four appointed by the HKSAR Government, two elected by members of the Demand Class, and two elected by members of the Supply Class.
Mr Lento YIP Yuk Fai retired by rotation at the AGM. There was one candidate standing for election in the Supply Class. No voting was required for the Supply Class as there was only one candidate who was automatically elected. Below is the list of members of the Board of Directors of HKIRC for Year 2019-2020:
