Mr Kingsley Wong is currently the Deputy Government Chief Information Officer of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He supports the formulation of policies and strategic initiatives for driving the development of digital government and smart city in Hong Kong by strengthening local digital infrastructure, facilitating data flow and fostering the development of local IT industry, with a view to laying a solid foundation for accelerating the development of digital economy. As a strong advocate for digital inclusion, Mr Wong actively promotes wider adoption of digital technologies in the community. With over 30 years of professional experience in the field of IT, his expertise contributes significantly to the continuous advancement of Hong Kong’s digital landscape.
