Accounting Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts independently, including data entry, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payments, refunds, and follow-up.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, cheque issuance records, and payment schedules.
- Perform month-end closing, prepare account schedules and supporting documents.
- Prepare regular management and operational reports.
- Handle daily accounting operations such as online payment gateway records and transaction monitoring.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing system.
- Assist in audit, and ad-hoc finance tasks as required.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in full set bookkeeping preferred
- Solid experience in AR, AP, GL, and month-end closing
- Able to work independently and meet monthly deadlines
- Good knowledge in MS Excel and Multiable accounting systems preferred

Analyst Programmer (Full-stack engineering)
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain application changes throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and conduct feasibility studies to translate needs into technical specifications.
- Execute software testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality standards.
- Audit technical documentation and source code provided by external contractors for compliance.
- Manage revamp projects of legacy systems in collaboration with vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;

Assistant Manager, IT Infrastructure
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the organization’s IT Infrastructure, including servers, network, storage, database, cloud services, daily system monitoring and operation tasks.
- Design, implement and maintain IT systems and solutions
- Develop and maintain DR plan to ensure business continuity.
- Recommendation for improvements to enhance the performance and availability of IT systems
- Develop and Maintenance the operation procedures to ensure proper control, to achieve ITSM, risk management, system and security requirements are in place for all IT infrastructure and data centre operation.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure SLA meets organizational needs.
- Assist to oversee the IT infrastructure team and IT Operation team.
- Support any Emergency operation support for data centre & BAU operation, even at non-office hours/PH.
Security and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce security policies to protect IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide technical insight to facilitate system design and solution development according to IT security requirements and industrial security standards.
- Identify potential security weaknesses, recommend improvements to amend vulnerabilities, and implement and document the changes.
- Maintain the cybersecurity awareness program
- Conduct Security incident handling, investigation, and reporting, and provide IT compliance advice.
Incident Management and Support:
- Oversee incident response and troubleshooting.
- Ensure rapid resolution of IT issues.
- Provide quick response and quick decision making.
Project Management:
- Assist to plan and execute IT System projects.
- Streamline and centralize the IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or IT-related
- Minimum 6 years of working experiences on Virtualization environment, Networking, Database, Backup & Recovery Administration, Disaster Recovery planning, ITSM
- Experience in Linux
- Hand on in PAM, email security, WAF, endpoint security, phishing tests and awareness training
- Knowledge on infrastructure design & risk management
- Strong problem-solving with ability to think strategically
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT infrastructure management.
- Experience with IT Infrastructure streamline, migration and centralization are advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge and certification holder in IT Security, ISO27001 and ITIL/ITMS is preferred

Assistant Manager (Marketing and Communications)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement corporate events, webinars, seminars, exhibitions, and public engagement activities to promote the organisation’s initiatives and enhance its brand image.

System Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system monitoring and operation tasks, system administration
- Participate in system infrastructure architecture design and enhance the productivity
- Work with setup and conduct proof-of-concept testing and evaluation on testbeds for assessing new technology, technical standards, and products evaluation.

- Knowledge on Backup Technology (Veeam & Avamar) is an advantages
