Analyst Programmer (Full-stack engineering)
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain application changes throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and conduct feasibility studies to translate needs into technical specifications.
- Execute software testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality standards.
- Audit technical documentation and source code provided by external contractors for compliance.
- Manage revamp projects of legacy systems in collaboration with vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Partner with tech leads and stakeholders to architect solutions that address diverse client requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
- A minimum of 3-year experience in web / app development;
- Strong understanding of web / app design, responsive design and development principles;
- Proficient in frontend Web Development for legacy & modern system with HTML5, CSS3, .Net, JavaScript, node.js, Angular and Jquery;
- Proficient in backend server-side languages such as .NET, PHP, Node.js, JAVA. ;
- Proficient in database management including Oracle and MSSQL / MySQL is a MUST;
- Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g. SVN, GitHub, GitLab, etc);
- Experienced in DevOps pipeline development such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins;
- Experienced in Linux and shell scripting is an advantage;
- Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with modern AI-powered coding agents or IDEs;
- With a passion for output clean, commented, and developer-friendly code;
- Experience in managing user / vendor relationships in fast-paced digital agency or SaaS vendor settings;
- Perform Ad-hoc task assign by superior and will work in non-office hour;
- Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for junior positions

Assistant Manager, IT Infrastructure
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management –
- Oversee the organization’s IT Infrastructure, including servers, network, storage, database, cloud services, daily system monitoring and operation tasks.
- Provide the hands-on technical support, design, implement and maintain IT systems and solutions for Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, Virtualization, email, backup, and core infrastructure services and solutions.
- Support implementation, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of IT systems, server platforms and network solutions.
- Support incident response and security threat intelligence analysis, investigation, escalation and remediation of all incidents.
- Support IT Manager in team supervision, service quality, staff coaching and daily operations.
- Review and maintain IT policies, documents, technical and operation procedures, IT asset records to achieve ITSM requirements, security requirement in place for all IT Infrastructure and data centre operation.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers on infrastructure support, maintenance, problem resolution to ensure SLA meets organizational needs.
- Coordinate the IT infrastructure team and IT Operation team project execution and other IT matters.
- Support any Emergency operation support for data centre & BAU operation, even at non-office hours/PH.
Security and Compliance –
- Develop and enforce security policies to protect IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide technical insight to facilitate system design and solution development according to IT security requirements and industrial security standards.
- Identify potential security weaknesses, recommend improvements to amend vulnerabilities, and implement and document the changes.
Management and Support –
- Oversee incident response and troubleshooting.
- Ensure rapid resolution of IT issues.
- Provide quick response and quick decision making.
- Monitoring and maintenance PROD & DR environment, to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences which at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
- Hands-on experience in Virtualization environment, Networking, Database, Backup & Recovery Administration, Disaster Recovery planning.
- Strong Hands-on experience in server-side administration, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, enterprise backup, and awareness training
- Familiarity with ITSM and security operations, including IR, Security monitoring, Endpoint protection, patch / asset management and security risk / audit process is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT infrastructure management.
- Strong problem-solving with ability to think strategically
- Experience with IT Infrastructure streamline, migration and centralization are advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge and certification holder in IT Security, ISO27001 and / or ITIL / ITMS is preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Business Analyst / Assistant Project Manager (Public Mission)
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, enhancement, operation and governance of user-facing digital platforms, such as public service portals, registration systems, websites, or other user-facing digital services.
- Define and manage project scope and deliverables, including business case preparation, requirements gathering, and project documentation to support structured delivery and governance.
- Facilitate clear and continuous communication to manage expectations, provide regular project updates, ensure alignment across stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
